It is everything an Oscar movie should be! Amazing coordinated visuals from Director Alejandro Inarritu (2015 Oscar winner: Best Director & Best Picture for "BIRDMAN"). Innaratu is a master of his craft. Extraordinary efforts were made to make this movie as authentic as possible, using natural lighting in all the shots (like director Michael Mann), and shooting on location in sub zero temperatures, far away from the comforts of a Hollywood movie set. His rehearsed, single camera scenes, with no cuts, were a thing of beauty. Perhaps this contributed to The Revenant receiving 12 Oscar nominations this year! Tom Hardy went toe to toe with Leo in his acting. He was a badass. However, Leo Dicaprio made this movie unforgettable! Leo's ferocity and physical acting were remarkable. My prediction is he finally wins the Oscar for Best Actor this year. Plus, he even ate real bison liver! Haha. Give him his long over due Oscar!
Verdict: It has Oscar winner for "Best Picture" and "Best Actor" written all over it, including the best bear attack scene you will ever see in your whole life! Must watch!

STEVE JOBS
I expected more from director Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire) and writer Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network). Michael Fassbender gave a great fast talking performance portraying Steve Jobs.
Verdict: Overrated movie. I prefer the movie "Jobs" with Ashton Kutcher because it provided a more intriguing and entertaining back story of how Steve Jobs made Apple what it is today. Its on Netflix.

STAR WARS:THE FORCE AWAKENS
It made me a fan of Star Wars and made Kylo Ren a cult hero. I knew this movie would be good when they announced J.J. Abrams was going to direct it because he did a great job directing Star Trek in 2009. The Force Awakens was an adventurous movie, with great characters, plot line, and awesome set designs, limiting the terrible use of CGI (Computer Generated Images) present in Star Wars Episodes 1-3. Episode 7 definitely made all true Star Wars fans happy, and was easy enough for new fans to follow along and enjoy the ride. Not to mention, it also became the third highest grossing movie of all time with and estimated $1.7 billion worldwide gross earnings. This was a blockbuster hit in every sense!
Verdict: You don't have to be a fan of Star Wars to enjoy this awesome movie! The Force was strong with this movie!!!
